  • min. 2 years of experience within
  • the internal audit / internal control or as income auditor in hospitality industry
  • understanding of the internal controls and audit processes within the hospitality services industry will be an asset
  • knowledge in accounting related matters
  • critical thinking and logical reasoning, responsiveness,
  • analytical and organizational skills
  • proactive approach in taking ownership where appropriate and seeing projects through to the end
  • ability and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business and the job
  • good team player focused on contributing to the team
  • dynamism, enthusiasm and international openness

  • Readiness to regular travel with overnight stays at company hotels in Poland and Central European countries (up to 50%)

The main role of the Internal Auditor will be to support hotel teams’ compliance with our internal company policies through the evaluation and analysis of operational procedures. Internal Auditor will be responsible, together with the team, for preparing, organizing and carrying out the audit missions. The ideal candidate should be able to acquire a good understanding of audit methods and other operational practices of the Group and be attentive and rigorous at work.
